Organization Details: Save the Children is an international non-profit organization working in Nepal and Bhutan to create positive and lasting change for Children. It advocates for the rights of children and expresses zero tolerance to any kind of child abuse.
Job Positions:
1. Project Officer - School Health & Nutrition (SHN) and Adolescent Sexual & Reproductive Health (ASRH) (OPEN FOR FEMALES ONLY)
Term and Location: Fixed term position based in Siraha/Saptari under ERO
Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Public Health or Nursing (BPH, B.Sc. Nursing or BN) OR Staff Nurse/HA with Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in managing SHN &ASRH related programs/ projects preferably in INGOs
2. Project Officer - Family Planning Fertility Awareness for Community Transformation, (FP FACT)
Term and Location: Fixed term position till December 2014 with further possibility of extension based in one of the Regional Office of Save the Children
Required Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or Public Health (Masters preferred) with minimum 2 years (I year for masters) experience in project/program management related to Family Planning or Reproductive Health (FP or RH) including experience in SBCC materials development and operational research; Experience on different dimensions of family planning and reproductive health would be an asset.
